For searching, checking your entry requirements and issuing your ticket. The same for every payment method. Never refunded, except where the law requires a refund.

When paxID charges one, it is per traveller and shown before you pay. It is refunded if the airline cancels or significantly changes your flight and you choose a refund. Otherwise it is kept, except where the law requires a refund.

You are not charged anything, both fees included.

paxID does not sell visas or travel permissions. For those, paxID links you to the official application, and you pay any fee to the government directly. Government fees are not part of the price.
