paxID is run by paxID OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia (registry code 17608154). paxID OÜ sells your tickets, takes your payments and is the company you have this agreement with. paxID LLC only publishes the paxID apps in the app stores.

paxID finds flights that work for your schedule, passport and visas. It shows you what your trip requires, fills in arrival forms for you, and keeps your documents and bookings in one place. paxID OÜ sells flights as a ticket seller.

paxID never guarantees that you can board a flight or enter a country. Airlines and border officers decide. When a trip needs a visa, paxID links you to the official application. paxID does not sell visas and does not charge government fees.

paxID does not offer mobile data yet. When it does, the mobile data terms apply.

Use support in the app, or email support@paxid.com. Urgent issues come first: travel within 24 hours, cancellations and tickets that could not be issued. For privacy and data requests, email privacy@paxid.com.

These terms are governed by the law of Estonia. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live.
