Your paxID eSIM is free to install and to keep. You pay only for the data you use.

You top up a balance in US dollars. It can hold up to US$75. Data is charged by the megabyte, at the rate of the destination where you use it. Rates can change; your balance keeps its value.

Within 14 days of a top-up, you can ask for the unused part of it to be refunded to the card you paid with. After that, the unused balance is refunded only for a fault paxID cannot fix, when paxID cannot provide the service, or where the law requires it. Refunds always go back to the original payment method.
